A series of structured meetings guide us through the on-boarding process. This structure allows us to work development and implementation in parallel with requirement identification, resulting in a much quicker (and much less expensive) implementation.

The implementation part of any ERP system can eat up much of your overall budget. A large cost driver is choosing the configurable values that will control how the software behaves. Typical ERP systems have literally hundreds (or thousands) of configurable items, and most times you are asked to choose values without understanding the consequences of your choice. This task can eat your budget fast!

We call our approach Simplementation. We have 5 configured system options made for notional business types. During our initial meetings, we understand your business and select the right configuration option.
Because our initial meetings occur prior to contract award, you are saving all of those costs. During the implementation phase after contract award, there will be minor tuning, but the savings in time and money will be substantial. This is one way we can save you time and cost, getting to using the systems and gaining the benefits as quickly as possible.
This is ERP Reimagined.

Most companies have a process to plan and implement an ERP system. These processes occur in serial, and involve many man-hours for both you and the contractor. A large portion of your project budget is spent up front. We do most of the planning in parallel with the implementation, overlapping phases and reducing the overall cost and time-frame for the project.

Because our system is both flexible and very modular, it is easily customized to fit your particular business and industry. Most of these customization occur during our on-boarding process. As each module is reviewed and implemented, it is also customized for your particular needs. Since the system is adapted to your processes, it is easier to train and comfortable to operate.

We don’t force a project schedule on you. We understand that the daily running of a business requires flexibility, and frequently requires re-prioritizing of tasks. We work week to week for a flat weekly rate, only continuing when you authorize it. So we can go as fast, or as deliberately as you can support. You get to decide how much or how little of our help you need.

Because the open source products we provide are used by millions of users daily, we know they function as they should before any customization. System upgrades and patches are thoroughly tested by the open-source community prior to being adopted into the code base. This comprehensive test process insures that the code works on day one.
There's an old expression "Consultants borrow your watch, so they can tell you the time." We already know the time, so all of our effort is spent helping you succeed.
