We do most of the planning in parallel with the implementation, overlapping phases and reducing the overall cost and time-frame for the project.

System upgrades and patches are thoroughly tested by the open-source community prior to being adopted into the code base. This comprehensive test process insures that the code works on day one.
We don’t force a project schedule on you. We understand that the daily running of a business requires flexibility, and frequently requires re-prioritizing of tasks. We work week to week for a flat weekly rate, only continuing when you authorize it. So we can go as fast, or as deliberately as you can support. You get to decide how much or how little of our help you need.
Because our system is both flexible and very modular, it is easily customized to fit your particular business and industry. Most of these customization occur during our on-boarding process. As each module is reviewed and implemented, it is also customized for your particular needs. Since the system is adapted to your processes, it is easier to train and comfortable to operate.
